As the scale and complexity of distribution networks continue to increase, the fault events become more frequent and diverse. To comprehensively assess the power supply reliability of distribution network and reduce load power outage, this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation index system for the power restoration capability of distribution network. The evaluation index system for power restoration capability is established for the modified IEEE 33-node system. For simulation verification, the comprehensive evaluation index of power restoration capability is compared with the actual load restoration rate solved by centralized optimization method, which fully proves the feasibility and practicality of proposed evaluation index.
