Due to the influence of natural conditions, the new energy power generation is unstable and unpredictable, leading to the strong volatility of the new power system. This paper firstly constructs the comprehensive evaluation framework of power supply resilience, introduces the evaluation framework, and constructs the evaluation index system; then proposes the dynamic comprehensive evaluation method of power supply resilience, adopts entropy right TOPSIS and gain level incentive evaluation model, and provides dynamic support for improving system toughness, reduce loss and restore normal operation. Finally, three scenarios of typhoon, earthquake and extreme heat are selected to evaluate the resilience of power supply.
