Inhibition of Metal Particle Behaviors Using Conductor Coating Technique
摘要
Coating is one of the important means to inhibit metal particles inside GIS. In order to verify the inhibition effect of film coating on different types of metal particles, epoxy Marin orange priming was applied to different positions of ±500 kV GIS test cavity to observe the motion state and distribution position of four types of metal particles after lifting. The results show that the inhibition effect is related to the contact between the particles and the membrane, and at the same time, with the increase of the volume of the particles, there is a tendency to weaken; analyze the inhibition of various particles of the film: powder > block > needle-like > Slice. The conclusion of this paper is of guiding significance for the research and development of stable and reliable DC gas insulation equipment.
