Research on the Motor Operating Mechanism and Control Technology of 252 kV Double Break Vacuum Circuit Breaker

The operating mechanism of the high-voltage circuit breaker motor can effectively enhance the working performance of the circuit breaker. So as to accelerate the engineering application of the servo motor system and study the control strategy of the driving motor, this paper first provides the transmission connection scheme of the servo motor system and the characteristic parameters of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber switch. Based on the self closing force requirements of the operating mechanism, a simulated cylinder structure is designed. Then, the design diagram of the three closed-loop vector control system was provided, and the hardware devices of each part of the control system were designed. At the same time, a real-time linear feedback control strategy was designed for the displacement curve of the operating mechanism. Finally, an experiment was based on the tracking status of the servo motor system of a 500 V capacitor voltage on a simulation machine experimental platform. The experimental results show that the real-time linear feedback control strategy is simple and effective, which can maximize torque performance of the driving motor, reduce the phenomenon of tracking lag in the motor operating mechanism, and provide theoretical basis for the optimization of servo control and the development of motor operating mechanism in the future.
