Research on New Energy Vehicle Inverter Heat Dissipation System Based on Finite Element
摘要
Insulated Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) is the core component in motor controller. This transistor is the main source of heat generation when the automobile is running. Motor controller is the key to ensure the safe and stable operation of the car. Among them, the IGBT module is the core power element. In order to ensure that the power element works at a controlled temperature, a specialized heat sink needs to be designed. A heat sink structure is proposed and numerically simulated by Fluent software. The convective heat transfer of the heat sink structure in the working mode is simulated under the working conditions of Reynolds number of 250–1500, and the results show that the heat sink can dissipate heat effectively. The reliability of the heat sink structure is proved by finite element analysis.
