Evaluating the comprehensive value of emerging adjustable resources is important for the construction process of novel power system, but there is a gap in the current comprehensive value evaluation index system of emerging adjustable resources. Therefore, this paper selects three typical application scenarios of emerging adjustable resources, and establishes multidimensional value evaluation indexes of emerging adjustable resources in terms of economic value, safety value, technical value and environmental value. Then, based on the subjective and objective integration of empowerment, it proposes a comprehensive value assessment method of emerging adjustable resources. Finally, an empirical analysis is conducted with data from a region of Qinghai to derive the comprehensive value ranking of emerging adjustable resources under three typical scenarios. The method proposed in this paper provides a new perspective for the comprehensive value assessment of emerging adjustable resources, which provides an effective reference for the application of emerging adjustable resources.
