With the acceleration of the Internet information economy, innovative logistics networks have become the entry point for China's logistics industry to achieve high-quality development. This article is based on relevant literature on the logistics network structure of domestic urban agglomerations. Based on the study of the driving factors of urban economic integration construction and logistics network innovation, entropy weight method, gravity model, and social network analysis are used to select historical data of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration from 2018 to 2021 for analysis, and to deeply study the structural characteristics of the logistics innovation network of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration. The research results indicate that the logistics innovation network of urban agglomerations shows a more obvious hierarchical advancement pattern between central Jiangsu, Anhui, and eastern Zhejiang, while there are obvious “faults” in the logistics innovation network between cities in northern Jiangsu, western Anhui, and northern Anhui.
