Voice search has become increasingly important in recent years, transforming how users interact with technology and search for information. This study aimed to achieve two main objectives. The first objective was to examine potential differences in four key factors from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), namely (1) Perceived Ease of Use, (2) Perceived Usefulness, (3) Attitude, and (4) Behavioral Intention to use voice search, across various demographic and experiential variables. These variables include gender, generation, educational attainment, prior voice search experience, language used in voice searches, length of search terms, and perceived voice search accuracy. The second objective was to explore the relationships among these four factors within the TAM concerning voice search usage. Data analysis from 173 Thais born between 1965 and 2009 revealed that the perceived voice search accuracy, the language used in search terms, and the generation of users significantly impact user perception and usage of voice search. Additionally, the study found that perceived usefulness and attitudes are crucial factors influencing voice search adoption and usage intentions, with some variations across different demographics and experience levels. To ensure the ongoing evolution and widespread acceptance of voice search systems, it is essential to comprehend these interconnected elements and their influence on user behavior.
