The COVID-19 pandemic has prompted the University of Phayao to implement prevention and control measures by adopting a hybrid working model. This research uses a survey method to study attitudes and acceptance of the hybrid working style during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research sample comprises 21 support staff members from the School of Information Technology and Communication, University of Phayao, selected through purposive sampling. The research tools include questionnaires and statistical analysis methods such as Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation (S.D.). The research results indicate that attitudes and acceptance of the hybrid working model are as follows: Attitudes toward work efficiency toward the hybrid working model had a high level of acceptance with an average of 2.92 (S.D. = 0.79), attitudes regarding the impact on work toward the hybrid working style as a high level of disagreed with an average of 2.41 (S.D. = 0.78), attitudes regarding the work policy toward the hybrid working style had a high level of acceptance with an average of 3.00 (S.D. = 0.82), attitudes regarding the information systems toward the hybrid working style had the highest level of acceptance with an average of 3.27 (S.D. = 0.81), and attitudes regarding the work-life balance toward the hybrid working style had a high level of acceptance with an average of 2.90 (S.D. = 0.80). The research results demonstrate that working in a hybrid working model has led to flexible and more effective work performance. Furthermore, organizations can utilize the research findings to establish work practices and guidelines to adapt to future situations.
