Unveiling the Fusion of Technology: Investigating IoT’s Role in Alzheimer’s Care
摘要
Alzheimer's disease is a neurological condition that impairs memory, making a person dependent on their family to complete everyday tasks. Alzheimer’s disease progressively weakens the memory. There are three phases to AD, and each stage affects memory in a unique way. At first, they lost fundamental knowledge, but with time, they also lost the ability to recall their name, address, and relatives. The proportion of Alzheimer’s sufferers is rising annually in the modern era. Numerous technologies are available to assist individuals with Alzheimer's disease in carrying out their everyday tasks on their own. For this paper, a survey on devices intended to make the lives of people with Alzheimer's disease simpler was undertaken. A survey has also been conducted on the technologies used to develop these. Several articles and papers are examined, and those that use IoT as a primary technology are chosen for a survey. Any other technology is acceptable in addition to IoT.
