The Influence of Knowledge Transfer on Change Management in Indonesia’s Creative Industry
摘要
Along with the development of science, technology has also experienced significant developments. Knowledge is considered as intangible capital which is very important for an organization to achieve competitive advantage. Considering this, companies need to pay attention at managing knowledge management. One of them is how a company ensures the transfer of knowledge within an organization. Knowledge transfer that is carried out well doesn’t only have positive impacts on human resources, but also has the potential to create management change in an organization. This research aimed at analyzing whether there is an influence between knowledge transfer and change management, involving information technology and information system variables. The occurrence of knowledge transfer within an organization shows that the organization has experienced learning, increased capacity, and even innovation (Kaswan in Perubahan dan Pengembangan Organisasi, Cetakan 1. Penerbit Yrama Widya, Bandung, 2019 [1]). This indicates that an organization has carried out change management. The analysis tool uses AMOS version 24 to analyze the influence between the variables used in this research. Researchers used a Likert scale, ranging from one (strongly disagree) to five (strongly agree). The sample determined was 275 respondents. The results of the research show that there’s only information system that has indirect influence toward change management. Through the built information system, knowledge in an organization can be used in the knowledge transfer process and has influence toward change management.
