The IEC 61850 standard faces challenges such as complex protocol layers and low communication efficiency when mapped to the MMS protocol. To address these issues, the State Grid Corporation of China has formulated the CMS protocol based on the MMS protocol, which has undergone in-depth optimization and improvement in terms of hierarchy, encoding mechanisms, and service mapping. To further simplify the implementation process of smart electronic devices in CMS communication and improve communication efficiency, we have developed a public library for the CMS protocol server that supports a unified data interface for business. This library has been widely and effectively applied in the online monitoring and comprehensive anti-misoperation systems in the field of power transmission and transformation, and has achieved satisfactory results. Looking forward, we expect the CMS protocol server public library to be promoted to multiple power-related fields such as power distribution, power generation, and new energy, providing strong support for the intelligence and efficiency of the power system.

摘要
