In this chapter, we collect miscellaneous appences. Section 6.1 is devoted to the proof the ETH-violation caused by higher-form symmetry. In Sect. 6.2, we describe the details for the numerical calculation for the \(\mathbb {Z}_2\) gauge theory. In Sect. 6.3, we explain how the generalized Gibbs ensemble incorporating discrete higher-form symmetry can be justified. We also elaborate on the relation between the path-integral formulation and the Hamiltonian formulation for the \(\mathbb {Z}_2\) gauge theory in Sect. 6.4.
