Study on Carbon Emission Accounting Baseline During Construction Phase of Prefabricated Substations Under Low-Carbon Context
摘要
To enable green and low-carbon development of substations, a method for determining carbon emission baselines for substation construction under the carbon trading context is proposed and applied to calculate carbon emissions from 110 kV substations in Fujian Province. Based on the analysis of carbon emissions from substation construction, carbon emission intensity indicators for substation construction are established from the perspectives of value and physical quantity. By benchmarking against advanced values and profit/loss analysis, it is proposed that the carbon emission baseline for the construction phase of substations is 1.26–1.34 tCO2/10,000 CNY in terms of value and 52.15–55.01 tCO2/kVA in terms of physical quantity, providing a reference for carbon reduction retrofits of substations.
