This chapter discusses the measurement and temporal evolution of urban safety resilience coupling coordination in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle. It begins with constructing a comprehensive model that integrates the previously developed urban safety resilience evaluation index system. The model comprises various components, including a weighting model that blends subjective and objective methods, a development level evaluation model, an obstacle degree model, and a coupling coordination model.
