Optimization of construction activities is necessary to minimize cost, time, and resource utilization of any project. Better decisions taken will help in solving these problems, and (Yusoff et al. in Proced Eng 15, 2011) study suggests NSGA a prominent optimization tool. The main objective of this study is to explore solutions for optimization of time–cost–resource and demolition waste reuse for sustainable construction and also to develop a multi-objective oriented (MOO) model for making better sustainable decisions. To improve the scheduling, time management, resource allocation, management, design of a project and provide a better sustainable and green building design, it was found NSGA is good optimization tool for construction activities. An average of 8.5–9% decrease was observed for cost, time, and environmental impact of the project by the model.

摘要
