Arrays with spares on the opposite sides (OP) and orthogonal two sides (OT) as spare arrangements are treated. Restructurings faults with spares are done by either DR or STS for each spare arrangement. Restructuring algorithms which satisfy the repairability conditions are given. Further, degradable restructuring schemes for spares on the orthogonal two sides, i.e., restructuring with deleting rows and/or columns, are described and the evaluations for them are shown. This implies the reuse of arrays with faults by decreasing the sizes of arrays.
