This chapter reviews oculoplastic disorders, starting with eyelid anatomy and its role in ocular health. It highlights meibomian gland dysfunction as a common cause of dry eye symptoms. The chapter discusses eyelid masses ranging from benign to malignant, emphasizing the importance of early detection and treatment, as well as congenital eyelid diseases that can impact visual development. It also evalutes ptosis and lid retraction, along with their correction strategies, and contrasts ectropion and entropion in terms of causes and surgical management. Overall, the chapter aims to enhance understanding in oculoplastic care.
