Winning the battle against extreme poverty and implementing the rural revitalization strategy was the major decision made at the 19th CPC National Congress to complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and achieve the Two Centenary Goals. It is also an effective way to address issues of unbalanced and inadequate development in a new era for China. The battle is now about to win and rural revitalization will follow as another important strategy for promoting agricultural and rural development in the next stage.
