Core pattern mining is a special task in spatial co-location pattern mining. Compared with the traditional spatial co-location pattern mining task, the core pattern does not require all feature instances to satisfy the neighbor relationship but emphasizes the relationship between the core and non-core features. Regional core pattern mining (RCPM) is designed to discover those core patterns that may occur frequently only in a sub-region and to reveal the dependency relationship between core and non-core features by analyzing the core pattern’s prevalent sub-regions. RCPM can be widely used in tasks such as rare resource conservation, commercial site selection, and others that the core feature needs to be specified. This paper provides an online demonstration program for RCPM, which allows users not only to obtain mining results through simple graphical configuration but also to obtain guided decision support through interaction with the system.
