The tea cup with partridge spots is a kind of tea cup cherished by people in the Song Dynasty. Taogu, from Song Dynasty, recorded in his book, Qing Yi Record, “A cup made in central Fujian, with patterns of partridge spots, is a treasure of tea lovers.” Because of the exhibition of Shu paintings in the library, Jiangnan Huang Shifu recognized it and mentioned: there are several kinds of partridges, and this kind belongs to Jing partridge”.
