This chapter presents the results and findings of the research, compromises of design of the hip implant selected, FEAFinite Element Analysis (FEA)" both on the hip implant and bone assembly with hip implant, and finally comparison between compressive load testing of the hip implant with and without the presence of PMMA. The analysis is discussed thoroughly with each data validation compared with previous research. Graphical figures and tables are used to support the data.
