System Design of the Quick-Change and On-Orbit Toolbox for the End Position of Robotic Arms

Starting from the function and structure of the tool for the end position of robotic arm, this paper analyzes the task demand of the toolbox working on orbit. On this basis, it conducts the overall scheme design of the toolbox. Moreover, it researches on the critical technologies such as multi-functional configuration system integration design technology, standardized interface design technology, automatic switching control technology, etc., so as to construct the toolbox system with multiple structures and operation forms. It focuses on resolving key issues such as integration, standardization, lightweight and automatic replacement of multi-tools.
