Under the large-scale trend of deployable antennas, the networking connection between deployable mechanism units is the key to achieving large-scale deployment of deployable antenna mechanisms. Based on the screw theory, the configuration synthesis of the deployable triangular prism mechanism unit is carried out, and the optimal deployable mechanism unit is obtained. On the basis of the deployable mechanism unit, the networking methods along the width direction, along the length direction, and simultaneously along the length and width directions are studied, and the model is simulated. The simulation results showed that the proposed configuration synthesis and networking method can meet the large-scale requirements of cylindrical deployable antennas. Hope to provide reference and inspiration for the theoretical research and engineering application of large cylindrical surface deployable antennas.

摘要
