This chapter – devoted to Legal Dynamics of Mediation, the third tier of the Four-Tiered Model of Mediation - canvasses the foundations upon which stands both formal access to justice and effective access to justice as an extension of the Rule of Law in an earnest attempt to outline a functional model of mediation that offers a swift, merits-geared and fuss-free access to justice to citizens worldwide.
