Transformer thermal fluid field simulation is an important method for accurately calculating the hot spot temperature of transformer windings. However, the complex structure of transformer windings makes it difficult to accurately consider the precise modeling and mesh generation of winding wires and insulation structures. At the same time, the low calculation efficiency makes it difficult to meet practical engineering needs. This article proposes a simplified thermal equivalent analysis method for transformer winding structure, and the method is applied to calculate the thermal fluid field of a SSZ11-50000/110 oil immersed transformer high-voltage winding. Before and after the simplification of the transformer winding model, the calculation deviation of the hot spot temperature of the winding is within 1 ℃, proving the effectiveness of the material parameter equivalent analysis method.

摘要
