Electric vehicles frequently experience burningb accidents during the charging process, and charging safety issues have become a stumbling block to the development of electric vehicles and related industries. This article proposes a method for monitoring and warning the charging status of electric vehicles in response to charging safety issues. This method is first based on CAN bus monitoring technology, and the battery management system communicates with the charging device through CAN communication to collect data; Secondly, propose a safety warning mechanism for electric vehicle charging, point out the localization warning categories and handling suggestions for electric vehicles; Finally, experimental verification was conducted through platform construction. The experimental results show that this method can monitor the charging process of electric vehicles in real time, detect faults in a timely manner, and issue warning signals to ensure the safety of electric vehicle charging.
