In this paper, the shaft seal structure of the combined electric apparatus was delved into, and the contact stress as well as the Von Mises stress distribution under the existing assembly were acquired by simulating the assembly and movement process of the O-ring and employing the ANSYS software for finite element simulation analysis. With the aim to enhance the mechanical endurance, the compression ratio of the O-ring was optimized in accordance with the stress distribution, and ultimately, the simulation optimization and test verification were conducted. The research findings of this paper hold great significance for the life and reliability of the shaft seal of the combined electric apparatus.

摘要
