Research on Control of Series Three-Phase Impedance Measurement Equipment Based on Disturbance Generated by MPC

With the development of high-power electronics and high-proportion new energy grids, the phenomenon of broad-band resonance between multiple devices occurs frequently, and impedance analysis method has become an important means to analyze the stability of multi-device systems. This paper proposes a three-phase impedance measurement device topology, and based on model predictive control, a dual model is constructed with dual predictor variables to achieve effective control of broadband disturbances and wide-frequency sweep measurement of three-phase port impedance. The proposed MPC method is easy to use, has excellent anti-disturbance performance and dynamic response speed, and can effectively reduce the time required for impedance measurement of three-phase port. The simulation model is built by PLECS, and the port impedance is measured for the typical grid-connected converter model, and compared with the theoretical value, the validity of the proposed port impedance measurement device topology and control method is verified.
