Supernova impostors are extragalactic object which have been discovered to brighten significantly like supernova, however after sometimes it become much brighter again which disprove supernova classification. Nevertheless, there are examples that such objects can finally explode as a true supernova. That makes supernova impostors interesting object to be monitored. Supernova impostor PSN J12355230+2755559 or AT2016blu was observed photometrically and spectroscopically using Seimei 3,8 m telescope at Okayama Astrophysical Observatory, Japan. Photometric observation was done using three color TRICCS camera with g, r and I filters, and spectroscopic observation using fiber-fed integral field KOOLS-IFU spectrograph. The object is situated in crowded area surrounded by HII region in a small satellite of galaxy NGC 4559, making the analysis quite difficult. The multi fiber spectrograph allowed us to choose the spectra of certain fibers to be integrated in order to minimize contamination from surrounding objects. The observation indicated that this object was found to be in outburst on March 9, 2024.
