Minimal access surgery (MAS) has now become an indispensable skill in the surgical armamentarium of all surgical branches. Pediatric surgery is no exception. Though a late entrant, it has advanced leaps and bounds that currently almost all the pediatric surgical procedures can be done using MAS techniques This Chapter provides an overview of the current aspects of Pediatric Minimal Access Surgery.
