Design of a Low-RCS Antenna Based on an FSS
摘要
A frequency selective surface (FSS) is a two-dimensional periodic array designed to reflect or transmit EM waves based on the frequency of the field. In this sense, an FSS is a type of filter. An FSS commonly comprises a periodic array of metal patches or periodic apertures arranged on a metal screen, which behave as a total reflection (for patches) or transmission (using apertures) in the neighborhood of the element resonant frequency.
