Authors studied an informative and comprehensive model for managing the labor potential of fishery enterprises, combining the quality of each employee and the goals of the enterprise into a single management loop. It is based on a neural network system with advanced intellectual and functional capabilities. The content of this model is disclosed, as well as the rules for setting up and using it for intelligent support of management decisions. Also paper provides comparison with traditional approaches to modeling labor potential management processes.
