The rapid advancement of AIGC technology is putting multiple positions at risk of being replaced, forcing educators to reconsider the essence and purpose of education - how to cultivate students’ core competencies that cannot be easily replaced in the future society. At the same time, AIGC also brings great potential to educators in improving teaching efficiency and enriching teaching methods, which also indicates that future education will be a new model of human-machine collaboration and complementary advantages. In this transformation process, teachers need to deeply reflect and clarify their own positioning, explore which functions should be undertaken by “human teachers” and which can be efficiently completed by “pilots”, in order to optimize educational resources and maximize teaching effectiveness. This paper focuses on the programming course in computer fundamentals, and explores the impact and changes of artificial intelligence on the content of programming courses.
