Nowadays, additive manufacturing procedures are taking the place of traditional production methods to realistically create the necessary component with a limited amount of material and a complex shape model. In this work, Oldham coupling was considered for manufacturing using the Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) additive manufacturing technology at an optimal design. The disc of coupling was examined for the best design using ANSYS and optimized. The infill pattern, build orientation, and layer thickness were then taken into account using the design of experiments to determine an appropriate printing time. In order to efficiently create an Oldham coupling using FFF, the printing time was found to be 482.61 min and material consumption is 250.01 g under the combination of process parameters of 0.4 mm layer thickness, flat build orientation, and triangular infill pattern.

摘要
