Considering recent developments in technology and the changing nature of the job sector, there is more demand than ever in the Sultanate of Oman for personalized career guidance. Psychometric techniques are intended to predict various aspects of learner’s behavior, including academic achievement, social engagement, and even significant emotional issues, through examining psychological variables such as intelligence, personality characteristics, and learning styles. In psychology and education field, the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques to predict learner’s behavior has gained a huge attention. This research focuses on the use of AI-based psychometric tools as an innovative approach to assist young people in the Sultanate of Oman to find jobs that interest them and assist in pursuing courses that would improve their professional abilities. Our novel methodology, an AI-based psychometric tool, provides a comprehensive and personalized method for examining and identifying a professional way by considering several significant variables, which includes aptitude, social and emotional intelligence, orientation, interests, and personality characteristics.
