Case Study on External Load Action of Large Diameter Energy Transport Pipeline
摘要
Energy is an important material foundation for social stability and economic development, and energy security is an important part of national security and the cornerstone for building a new era of socialism and achieving the goal of dual carbon. As the main way of energy transmission, pipeline transportation is widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, municipal and other fields as well as urban gas and heating systems, and shoulders the important mission of efficient and reliable production and life of various energy sources. Since the 60s of the nineteenth centuries, steel pipes as a tool for water transportation, began to be used in social production, the manufacturing method at that time for steel plate cold forming riveting, with the development of productivity, welding gradually replaced riveting to solve the problem of riveting under high pressure leakage. In 1968, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) developed specifications for pressure vessel manufacturing, bringing pressure piping into a standardized high-speed development channel. By 2019, the total length of pressure pipelines in China has reached 561,300 km, an increase of about 17.4% compared with 478,200 km in 2018 (Liu in Petrochem Technol 29:17–19+30, 2012).
