The study of the flocculation behavior of full tailings is to provide a basis for the design, optimization and systematic operation of the feedwell within a DCT. This chapter applies the kinetic model of full tailings flocculation established in this paper and the simulation method of full tailings flocculation behavior in the feedwell to analyze the operation effect of the feedwell of a DCT in a mine, analyzes the dilution effect of E-DUC in the engineering application of the DCT, the effective flow rate of the feedwell, the homogeneity of the volume fraction of solids of full tailings slurry on the outlet circumference and the effect of full tailings flocculation in the feedwell, and makes optimization suggestions for the process parameters of the feedwell. The process parameters of the feedwell were optimized.
