摘要

The chapter focuses on the necessity of connecting education management with external stakeholders. The discussion related to the external stakeholders of education continued through three aspects: contact with relevant institutions, research training cooperation, and internship arrangement. Non-governmental organizations play an important role in the education system. To some extent, they influence the formulation and implementation of policies. They have different legal personalities and organizational structures, and their interactions in the political and economic spheres vary considerably. The quality of NGO contribution to the education system depends on the educational ability, motivation, and interest orientation of NGO participants and their preference for educational policies, etc. Collaboration in education involves setting goals, sharing responsibility, and working together to achieve outcomes that individuals cannot achieve independently. Working through conversation, social engagement, and cooperative decision-making, enhances the comprehension of co-construction and promotes both individual and group progress. Dialogue, questioning, and discussion are the cornerstones of collaborative teacher development. Collaboration might take the form of in-person meetings, online communication, or a combination. Understanding the influence of external stakeholders in education is very important for education managers and schools. Training programs can help educational institutions train researchers and help stakeholders participate in research, and these programs can use research findings to inform decision-making.
