In the field of education around the world, the knowledge base of education management has made significant progress. School communities are diversifying as a result of globalization, technology advancement, immigration flows that have an impact on national systems all over the world. With the growing complexity, it is expected that managers should have more collaboration and involvement with employees and student clients. The millennial generation wants purpose-driven, leaner, and nimbler educational organizations. Therefore, this chapter introduces why educational managers should understand social norms, social values, social principles, and the socioeconomic status of parents and society. It is also necessary for them to maintain the relationship between educational organizations and the community, stakeholders, social heroes/heroines, and alumni associations. The chapter ends by reporting the necessity of social networking that school managers need to understand. A good learning institution needs good managers, who should have a certain understanding of social norms, social values, social principles, and the socio-economic status of students’ parents. In sum, educational managers must maintain a good relationship with the community, stakeholders, and alumni associations.
