Xinjiang, located in the northwest of China, is divided into southern and northern regions by the Tianshan Mountains. Southern Xinjiang is centered around the Taklamakan Desert, surrounded by mountains on three sides, characterized by an arid, low-precipitation temperate climate. However, its abundant soil, water, and sunlight resources are favorable for agricultural and pastoral development. At present, greenhouse-grown tomatoes have become an important economic crop in southern Xinjiang, making the scientific and effective management of modern greenhouse facilities essential. One crucial element in ensuring high yields and quality of tomatoes is plant protection operations.
