In this paper Hybrid Red Kite- Four features of Industrial Production inspired—Dacelo leachii Optimization Algorithm (HRMD) is applied to solve the problem. Red Kite Optimization (RKO) algorithm is stimulated by Red kite actions in the progression of the pestering movement. The pestering movement possess; preference obtainable, piercing, and seizing the target. These actions are imitated and scientifically designed to formulate the proposed RKO algorithm. Four features of Industrial Production inspired (FIP) Algorithm; Adding, Deduction, Burgeoning and Partition of the production rendering to conditions are designed scientifically. Dacelo leachii optimization (DLO) algorithm is based on the natural actions of Dacelo leachii. Hunting and attributes of the Dacelo leachii has been imitated scientifically to formulate the algorithm. In the Fusion of Red Kite- Four features of Industrial Production inspired—Dacelo leachii Optimization Algorithm (HRMD) Exploration and Exploitation attributes are enhanced. Validity of Hybrid Red Kite- Four features of Industrial Production inspired—Dacelo leachii Optimization Algorithm (HRMD) is verified in IEEE 118 bus test system and Egyptian WDN 220 kV grid network. Real power loss diminution, Voltage eccentricity minimization and stability enhancement has been attained.

In this paper Hybrid Red Kite- Four features of Industrial Production inspired—Dacelo leachii Optimization Algorithm (HRMD) is applied to solve the problem.
