Soft matter materials are ubiquitous and ranges from simple food materials to complex materials used in tissue engineering and implantable electronic devices. Interest in these materials stem from the fact that these have multifunctional properties and hence are interesting to scientists and engineers from various overlapping disciplines. In this chapter, applications like fabric cleaning, foods and drug delivery systems have been discussed in some details.
