Vaccination is among the most cost-effective and efficient public health interventions, saving millions of lives each year. This chapter explores the UAE government’s numerous immunization programs, providing guidance for childhood, adulthood, and special-population vaccination. It also highlights the tremendous preventive efforts implemented by the government to fight COVID-19, being in the forefront of countries not only in timely vaccine provision, but also in supporting research and manufacturing of vaccines.
