This chapter presents the findings from applying reflection-on-practice to a global health project that was instigated in the early 2020s in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. It involved a collaborative partnership between a Canadian-based nonprofit charity (Global Peace Network), and a global online training health network (Project Echo). The global collaborative partnership was complicated by the need for GPN to collaborate with existing partners and the government in Tanzania to extend an existing face-to-face training delivery by GPN volunteers in Tanzania. First, a descriptive narrative is combined with concept mapping to explore the project experience of each of the 3P agencies of health and healthcare. Second a critical reflection is undertaken to identify challenges to traditional cultural practices in the recipient country, Tanzania.

摘要
