This chapter presents the findings from applying reflection-on-practice to a health project that was instigated in 2015 as a collaborative partnership. First, a descriptive narrative is combined with concept mapping to explore the project experience of the 3P agencies of health and healthcare. Second, a critical reflection is undertaken, using appreciative inquiry, to identify challenges for collaboration in seeking to replace the habitual practice in health and healthcare of hierarchies of decision making.
