Design of a Mobile Application with Augmented Reality to Promote Learning of Cell Biology
摘要
Learning cell biology requires innovative teaching–learning processes, Augmented Reality (AR) has become the teaching resource of interest. The requirements for the analysis, design and development of an AR mobile application allow students and teachers to visualize cellular structures in 3D. The User-Centered Design (UCD) methodology promotes the development of the application with quality and effectiveness. The results of the usability tests using the technique of a focus group made up of 10 teachers and 30 students were considered an acceptable alternative perception for learning about the biological cell.
