The field of vaccinology has seen many remarkable advancements with the emergence of nanotechnology. As the world grapples with emerging infectious diseases, rapid evolution of pathogens, and the need for more accessible and effective vaccines, nanoparticle-based vaccine formulations emerge as a beacon of hope. Their ability to co-deliver multiple antigens, enhance immune responses, and overcome traditional vaccine limitations is a testament to their potential to reshape the landscape of disease prevention and treatment. Nanoparticle-based antigen delivery systems have shown tremendous potential in enhancing the efficacy of vaccines, particularly in the context of delivering multiple antigens.
