In this paper, a heterogeneous two server finite capacity stochastic queuing model with modified buffer function of reverse balking, customer impatience and retention of impatient customers is developed. The model is studied in steady-state. The probabilities of zero customers in the system, n customers in the system and full capacity of the system are obtained iteratively. Expected size of the system, along with the expected queue length, expected rate of impatience and expected rate of retention are obtained. The probabilistic and performance measures thus obtained can be of immense use to the firms for framing efficient and sustainable strategies to manage business effectively in this uncertain business environment.
