The present study aims to examine and contrast the operational efficacy of scheduled passenger airlines operating in India from 2014 to 2021. Conventional Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) models determine efficiency scores (technical, pure technical, and scale). The performance of airlines is tracked throughout time with the aid of window analysis. A mix of both will help evaluate the airlines between 2014 and 2021. Aiming to help decision-makers improve their organizations’ performance for long-term, sustainable growth, improvements and projections are investigated.

摘要

The present study aims to examine and contrast the operational efficacy of scheduled passenger airlines operating in India from 2014 to 2021. Conventional Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) models determine efficiency scores (technical, pure technical, and scale). The performance of airlines is tracked throughout time with the aid of window analysis. A mix of both will help evaluate the airlines between 2014 and 2021. Aiming to help decision-makers improve their organizations’ performance for long-term, sustainable growth, improvements and projections are investigated.
